[UPDATE]: Biya orders faster VAT refunds in 2027 budget circular
President Paul Biya's circular for the 2027 budget asks the government to refund VAT credits to companies within the legal deadlines. The 2027-2029 economic and budget programming document keeps the refund envelope at 84 billion XAF, the same as 2026.
