Commerce Minister Mbarga Atangana orders unused fish quotas reassigned after shortage warning
Developing. Minister of Commerce Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana told importers on 4 November 2026 to reassign unused fish import quotas and ordered Congelcam to launch a campaign reassuring households, after the company warned of a shortage.
